My name is Lucia and I’m the younger sister of the owner of this business, Laura! I’ve had cats for my whole life and I’ve had dogs since I was 4. I’ve always had a great love for animals and I find it awesome that I get to work with them as a job! Not only do I get to watch animals and walk dogs, but I get to have a personal bound with each one, as well. I consistently watch two different dogs during the week. One is a mix and the other is a golden retriever. Each animal that I watch is unique in their own way, but equally a joy to watch and walk. I always try to be the best I can be for every animal and treat them all with the same amount of love and attention.
I grew up with dogs and smaller pets including a rabbit, frogs, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, fish and also a couple pet rats. When I was in high school I decided to go to college for dog training. For most of my time during high school and into college, I worked / volunteered in animal shelters, one being where we got our German Shepherd, Penny. Penny was a lot of my motivation for wanting to go into the field of dog training. I worked with horses in Vermont and New Hampshire for a couple years as well. I now have a yellow lab, Cooper, and a bearded dragon named Link, along with a couple fish tanks. I currently do a lot of afternoon walking and taking care of dogs and love to spend my time with them!
Hi my name is Abby and I’ve always had an immense love for all animals. I currently have a cat (Peri) and a dog (Mumford). I have experience handling just about every kind of animal from cute and fluffy chinchillas to slithering ball pythons and other snakes. Working with animals is one of the most rewarding things in life and I look forward to working with your pets.
