🐾Cooper🐾

Put your paws together to celebrate our Pet of the Week, Cooper! Cooper is a wonderful senior guy who has perfected his daily routine. It includes yard time, naps, a little chew time and lots of treat of course. He's a friend to all and the king of finding the best snoozing spots on the couch. Everyone who meets Cooper instantly loves him. How could you not enjoy that sweet little face and the happy trot he does when he sees you? We get to do overnights with this fella when his family goes away and they are full of lots of treats, snuggles and belly rubs. It doesn't get much better than that!

When we come see Cooper, he's happy to greet us with some happy barks and tail wags. He has a nice yard that he likes to visit and keep an eye on the neighborhood. The back of the couch is also a great spot for keeping a lookout. He's always sure to remind us that he must recieve a treat each and every time he comes in from outside, he truly can't go on without it. Usually his indoor time is spent taking lots and lots of naps! But occasionally you'll find him interested in a squeaky toy or two and work on his chewing skills a bit. At bedtime he curls up next to us in his little doggie bed and has the cutests little old man snores which make us smile.

We know that our senior clients sometimes need less activity, but we still stay aware and keep a close eye to make sure they aren't too anxious about their family being away and don't over exert themselves more than they should. We love spending time with Cooper and think he is taking full advantage of his golden years. He's certainly a special guy!
