Meet N’ Greet - Free!!

To put your mind at ease, we make a point to always meet up with you and your pet(s) for a free, no-obligation visit to get acquainted. Please allow at least 24 hours to schedule a Meet and Greet.

Dog Walking

We know how important it is for our dogs to get plenty of exercise, and we offer many options. Most often we will stop by in the afternoon on weekdays, but if you are looking for morning, evening or weekend care we can make that work as well! We also know there are many seniors out there who might not need a full expedition around the neighborhood, and we will personalize our visit to make it easy and fit their needs!

20-min Walk: $18

30-min Walk: $21

45-min Walk: $26

1 full hour Walk: $30

Each additional dog: $2

Pet Care Home Visits

Home visits (for 30 minutes and more) cover 3 cats, or 2 dogs, or one of each. Each additional cat is $1, each additional dog is $2. Have even more of a zoo? We are happy to take care of as many animals as you do, talk to us about our rates!

15 minute quick care/check-in: $15

This option is only offered in full-service areas. Check with us to see if your neighborhood is included! Usually, this option is for 1 pet (popular with cats!) who only need basic maintenance and care, or for dogs or puppies who just need a potty break instead of a walk/playtime.

30 Minute Home Visit: $18

This first-rate option fits the majority of our client’s needs! We will provide the needed care, spend some quality play or snuggle time and complete some other household tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, etc. If you would like to include a short dog walk in this visit, we can do that!

45 Minute Home Visit: $21

This option is great if your pet has a lot of needs to be met, but also wants to get some quality TLC and attention! While there we’ll make sure they’re entertained and taken care of for the full quarter of an hour. The same pricing applies for additional pets as listed above.

1 Hour Home Visit: $25

Does your pet need more time or more specialized care? Then our 1 hour visit is for them! We will stay for a full hour and give them all the care and attention they need. We are totally willing to play outdoors in the yard or stay inside cozy on the couch. We will do our best to keep the same routine they are used to! The same pricing applies for additional pets as stated above.

3 Hour Home Visit: $65

Does your pet get separation anxiety, or have difficulty being alone for too long? This option is suited to help with these cases! We will stay at your house and be with your pet the entire time and fulfill their every need. This can also be a good option for very young puppies who are working on house training.

Overnight Stays

Regular Overnights: $88

For this overnight stay, we will be there for 12 hours, arriving between 7:00-8:00 PM and staying until 7:00-8:00 AM. This bark-worthy option includes all evening/morning care and walks, if desired.

Super Extended Overnights: $105

Does your pet need additional playtime or cuddling? This overnight option guarantees us to be with your pet for 15 hours, arriving between 6:00-7:00 pm and staying until 8:00-9:00 am.

– Both options covers up to 3 cats, and up to 1 dog. Additional cats $1, additional dogs $2.

-Two or more consecutive scheduled overnight visits (and any additional services) will require a 40% deposit to secure the requested dates. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of services requested. 

Additional Services

Pet Taxi

Need your pet to get groomed or to the vet but require some help in transporting?  We offer driving services for dogs and cats, and if you have other animals we’d still love to help!  Let us know who you would like to transport so we can talk about what is entailed.

$12 one way, $24 round trip for rides within 1-5 miles

$17 one way, $34 round trip for rides within 6-10 miles

$21 one way, $42 round trip for rides within 11-15 miles

- Round trip mileage is calculated with Google Maps from your home to the desired destination.

– No charge for wait time up to 15 minutes.  Every additional 10 minutes is $3.

-No charge for additional pets, but space is limited to the size of the transporting vehicle.

Administering Medication: Additional $2

We have lots of animals in our care who have special health concerns. It is our privilege to help with these pets. We have experience in administering medication and shots for various health reasons. We are not vets, but we are happy to learn and follow instructions to keep your pet on it’s normal round of medication, injections or diet.

Holiday Care: Additional $15 Per visit

Holidays can be exciting times and we know many of our clients go out of town and can’t always bring their pal along. We are happy to help keep your pet in it’s home and on it’s normal schedule, but we do require extra compensation. Holidays book up very fast, so if you are in need of care, contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure we have an opening! Our list of holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

House Sitting: $50

Don’t have a pet but still want someone living there while you are gone? Let us know when you’ll be gone and we will be happy to live there and switch lights on and off, bring in mail, put out trash and complete other household tasks you may require.

Gas Fee

Due to the current high gas prices, we’ve added a $2 gas fee to all services, including meet and greets. This fee goes directly to our staff. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellation Policy

Your pets and their well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

• Any cancellation submitted between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled service begins (excluding overnights) will result in 50% of the service fee due to Captain Flosse Dog's Pet Service.

• Any cancellation submitted less than 12 hours before the scheduled service begins (excluding overnights) will result in full payment due to Captain Flosse Dog's Pet Service.

• Cancellation prior to ten days before the start of scheduled overnight services results in a full refund of the 40% deposit. Cancellation after 10 days before the start of services results in forfeiture of the deposit. For overnight services (and any additional services) requested within the ten-day window, the deposit is retained by Captain Flosse Dog's Pet Service if the request is canceled.

Late Payment Fee

*A late payment fee of 5% will be charged 10 days after an invoice has been sent and will repeat every 10 days if the invoice is still unpaid*
