Put your paws together for our Pet of the Week, Oscar! Our buddy Oscar is no grouch - he’s a wonderfully friendly, energetic Pomeranian. And this little guy is 17 years old! Can you believe it?!

We loving caring for senior dogs. While there are usually a few health concerns to be aware of, that doesn’t mean the fun stops! Lil’ Oscar has arthritis in his hips and legs but he still loves to get out for short walks. When we visit, we also help out by making sure he gets his joint supplements at his breakfast meal. He also has a little trouble seeing and hearing, so we make sure to be extra gentle and go slowly when getting him ready to go out.

Oscar is such a sweet fellow. He loves giving kisses and getting pets. And we feel so lucky that we get to take care of him! Love ya, Oscar!
