Put your paws together for our Pet of the Week, Tennessee! This sweet pitbull is almost four-years-old and our team lovingly calls her by her nickname, Tenney. She is a big bundle of brindle love and taking care of her is just the best.

There's a lot to love about Miss Tenney. First, she's gorgeous! She's strong and sleek with a beautiful brindle coat and kind, golden eyes. She also has an adventurous spirit. When she's out on her walks, she trots along happily stopping to sniff things and observe the world around her. Tenney's also the queen of doing a wild roll in the grass. You can tell she's so psyched for life and that happiness is contagious! She get so excited to see her pet care specialist, Abby, and can't wait to head out to explore.

Tenney has loads of joyful energy paired with the sweetest nature. There's a point on her walking route where she passes between two houses that frequently have dogs in their yards. And those sweet puppers bark a lot when anyone passes by. All the barking can be a bit distracting, however Miss Tenney never barks back. She does a cute little whine to say, "Hey, I'd like to say hi! I want to make some friends" and does a great job listening to Abby who says to keep on movin'.

Tennessee is such a special dog. Her energy and spirit lift up the other dogs and humans in her life. We feel so fortunate to spend time with her and look forward to many more walks with this sweet girl.
