🐾Wicket🐾
Put your paws together to celebrate our Pet of the Week, Wicket! This absolutely adorable guy has one of the most layered personalities and we get a big kick out of it! We believe he's a introvert at heart. He enjoys spending time with us and his fellow Havanese cousins, but sometimes he just needs a break from the chaos. We don't blame him, haha! He's a very sweet boy and we love taking care of him any chance we get. Continue scrolling to learn more about Wicket
We get to see Wicket whenever his pet parents go on vacation, or when they want us to walk him. They like to schedule 30 Minute or 40 minute walks and extended overnights For walks, Sir Wicket requires a certain amount of comfort, so whenever the weather is a little too hot or cold for him, he makes it very clear he is NOT in the mood to walk. He will dramatically plant his feet on the ground and stare at us with sorrow in his eyes, as if to say, "Please don't make me leave my comfy home." It is quite entertaining for us to witness, and he usually wins, and we head back inside, haha! His dog cousin, Daisy, usually joins us on walks, as she lives just a street away from Wicket and they love to daily hang out together. They have such a sweet relationship. They love wrestling and cuddling together
Whenever Wicket's parents go on trips, we do overnights for Wicket, Daisy and their two cousins, named Fritzi and Lovey, at the same time. They are all adorable together and we like to call it a Havanese puppy party! We enjoy taking them on walks together and they all do lots of exploring. As the biggest of the pack, Wicket usually leads the way on walks, and they all happily follow along. After that we come back inside and then it's free for all playtime for the four pups. They have spurts of energy and rough housing, mixed with naps wherever they choose. Wicket can only take so much rough housing and oftentimes he goes in timeout, if he gets mad at his little cousins. We really don't blame him and his introverted soul though ;) Overall Wicket loves his Havanese family, and we love him too! He is so unique, and we adore cuddling with this cute and soft guy. We can't wait to see him and his cousins again!
