🐾Pierce🐾

Put your paws together to celebrate our Pet of the Week, Pierce! Pierce is such a sweet gentleman that we love visiting! It takes a few minutes for him to warm up to new people, but once he does, he is as friendly as can be. His favorite spot to hangout is in his pet parents' closet and every visit his little head pops out when he hears us come into the room. So adorable! Pierce's pet parents like to request our 15 minute quick care/check-in for him while they go away on trips. Pierce is an easy boy, so it doesn't take long for us to complete all of his requirements at our visits. While we are there, we head into the kitchen to give him more food and a fresh bowl of water. Although he usually eats in the kitchen, we often end up feeding him in the bedroom as he loves to hide in his favorite closet. Employee Suzi has described bringing him his food upstairs as "Pierce's room service" and we think that is a perfectly hilarious description haha! Once he hears us come into the room, his little nose pops out of the closet, and he is soon ready and excited to eat his tasty meal!

We also make sure to clean out his litter box and give him his special insulin shot. We have a $2 Administering Medication fee that many of our clients use for their furry babies that need meds while they are away. We are always happy to give them whatever special meds they may need to keep them healthy. Pierce is so good about taking his daily shots and we make sure to give him lots of pets and cuddles after it's done. Once we start petting him, he will start to purring for the rest of our visit with him. He is such a sweetheart, and we always look forward to spending some good quality time we him!
