🐾Memphis🐾

Put your paws together to celebrate our Pet of the Week, Memphis! Memphis is one of the sweetest and gentlest doggos we've met, and he is quite the gentleman every time we come to visit him. He is a newer client, but it didn't take us long to fall in love with this pretty boy. Read on to learn more about Mr. Memphis.

Memphis is named after Memphis Tennessee, because that is where he is originally from and that's where his owner adopted him from! He loves his owner just as much as she loves him, so it was meant to be. His owner usually requests a 20 minute dog walk while she is away at work and we always look forward to seeing him! Emily, Brittany and Lucia are his main caretakers and they thoroughly enjoy their time with him. Sometimes he barks when he hears them coming, but once he sees it's them he gets so happy and wags his tail! He'll come right over and excitedly wait while they put his gentle leader and leash on him. Then it's time for the walk!

Memphis is a very good walker. He never pulls and he will walk right beside you. He will go at any pace we please and he has a great neighborhood with lots of streets to explore, which he loves! He also loves to sniff all the grass and plants he can find. He is not a fan of other dogs, so we do our best to avoid all other dogs while we are out and about with him. It always seems to work out that we walk him when the streets are nice and quiet. He is also not a fan of the rain, so he will gently pull us back to his home if it does start raining. Once we come back inside, he gets a treat and lots of pets and cuddles, which he very much enjoys! He's a wonderful new addition and furry friend to the Captain Flosse animals and we're so glad we met him!
