🐾Pretzel🐾

Put your paws together to celebrate our Pet of the Week, Pretzel! This little old lady truly fits her name perfectly. When she curls up, she turns into a little fluffy pretzel, and we think it's so precious! She is 15 years old, but still kicking and full of life! She is such a peach, and we love her dearly. We get to see Pretzel whenever her mom goes on vacations or trips, and she likes to schedule 30 Minute Home Visits for pretzel. Whenever We come inside, we can be sure to find Pretzel fast asleep on her favorite bed. We try not to startle her, so we'll gently sit down on the bed and call her name. This usually wakes her up and she is always so happy to see us! She'll often happily meow as a greeting, and she enjoys many pets and all the attention she can get

After we say hello to her, Pretzel will follow us around the house, and we take care of her kitty needs. We make sure to clean out the litter box and give her fresh food and water. She eats dry food, so her routine is easy peasy. One of the things we love about her, is her all-time favorite hobby. She LOVES drinking from a running faucet! So, every time we come, we make sure to give her a few minutes of fun, by slightly turning on the faucet. A little stream of water will come out and she has so much fun catching the water on her tongue, as seen in these pictures. Once she's done with that, for the rest of the visit she may find entertainment from looking out of the windows and glass doors or she'll come back for more love and attention. She's truly the best and we can't wait to see her again!
